Halal process

All slaughtering is done on site and we strictly adhere to 100% halal guidelines.

• All Birds are hand slaughtered by Muslim.
• Mercy to be practiced from beginning till end.
• Knife must be sharpened so the animal does not feel prolonged pain.
• Tasmia (Invoking the name of God (Allah) during the slaughter process).
